Summarize your bug Competed all challenges and found all letters on Nordlys however the unique weapon didn't unlock. Couldn't access the 4th letter from mission 1. Tried the workaround on EA help, to no avail, when I went to retrieve the letter again it did not spawn.

What happens when the bug occurs? Unique melee weapon remains locked
What should be happening instead? Unique melee weapon should unlock
I've included images of my settings changes and the story completion. I also have an image of the location of letter 4 without the letter spawned.
