Is DICE ever going to bother patching the bug that doesn't allow me to unlock the items from the campaign?

I have completed Under No Flag and The Last Tiger, collecting all letters and doing all objectives, yet it still doesn't reward me with anything...

I have replayed them, done the suggested game data deletion, transferred saves from USB... Nothing. A complete waste of my time.

I'm frankly disgusted that this bug has been reported on since launch and nothing has come of it.
