In which game menu were you when the bug occurred? melee weapons list in the your company thing, or the armory. idk if you have the war story weapons appear in the armory first or wether they just go straight to your company.

Summarize your bug i’ve seen posts about letters glitching in war stories but i haven’t had any letter glitches. everything for the under no flag war story is completed and correctly shows that it is completed however i have not received the cricket bat melee weapon. even after playing multiple games, leveling up multiple times and waiting for maybe a week. i have contacted EA about this and was told there was nothing they could do, and that i need to put a bug report here, so.. here it is.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? idk, apparently it’s not something that happens so much to others so i’m not to sure. i would think the bug stems from something to do with the rewarding system as everything that needs to be done for me to receive the reward has happened without any issues, all letters have been and are recognized as being collected, and same thing for the challenges being completed. so it’s whatever the game is supposed to do after that is what’s messing up.
What happens when the bug occurs? nothing happens, that’s the problem. i’m supposed to receive the cricket bat and i just don’t.
What should be happening instead? i should be recieving the cricket bat.
