Summarize your bug I have comleted all chalanges and collected all letters and it says letters 6/6 but down right it says 0/6. I can not open any of those letters either. I tried to reinstall the game but same thing happens all over again. The letters do not even respawn beacouse I already collected them.

What should be happening instead? In down right should be 6/6 and I should be able to open the letters, or just they should respawn
I have the game for 2 weeks and I was trying it so hard and when i complted the last chalange the letters where buged. Until today there were no bugs. I hope that you can help me.
I got the same problem with you but with another war story.
Who ever has this or similar problem just go to this link https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/what-do-i-do-if-i-have-a-complaint/ the supporters are great and they want to know what is the problem and you will get a solution after some 5 minutes of chating.
