Please contact Live-Support again and they should be able to grant you the reward. Please also send me that case number in a private message so we can send it to quality assurance for training purposes.

how i can contact the live support???

i cant find it

and i have the same bug with the skin

i have finshed all   3  missions and yet didntget the skin
