Hey I have problems to, I did all challenges and all letters. I went into the acts and it show -destroying calliope Sherman at 30 meter as incomplete and complete without repairing and I did both. I replayed tooth and nails and looked in the pause screen and it said they were both completed so I went to the end to see if it just need to update the menu. When I got to the acts screen it again showed both as missing. Plz help dice
lets see got all the letters in the last tiger campaign however on the main menu it says I have 0/6 but in the game it shows 6/6. tried deleting my save and starting over but since I got all the letter they no longer show up in the campaign.

Summarize your bug It says I have 6 letters when I go to the chapter section, however when I go to the main menu to read the letters it still shows them at 0/6
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Collect the letters in the last tiger campaign
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't get credit for letters collected therefore it doesn't grant me my tank skin
What should be happening instead? I get the tank skin
I have tried going back into the war stories mode after deleting my save to see if it reset my letters progress but it didn't reset my progress nor did the main menu number change from 0/6.
I was having exactly the same issue. Stats tell me 100%, but letters and skin cannot be accessed. Plattform: PS4 Pro.
If you just want the skin, contact the support. They will unlock it for you after confirming your campaign data. But sadly the letters still cannot be accessed.
