The same thing has happened to me and it's really making me mad because I liked that skin and went to a lot of trouble to meet the requirements to get it only to have my efforts go unrewarded due to a glitch that dice should have fixed a long time ago.

I followed your "fix it yourself" guide and it did nothing. I tried it twice. I tried contacting your support team and was directed here.

I have no idea what my case number is. No one would help me and I was directed here by both your phone line which told me it was no longer in service and your website.
