I followed your "fix it yourself" guide and it did nothing. I tried it twice. I tried contacting your support team and was directed here.

6 years agoPlease send me your case number in a private message so we can send that to our Quality Assurance team for training purposes. Please contact them again and advise them these rewards are able to be granted by us.

I have no idea what my case number is. No one would help me and I was directed here by both your phone line which told me it was no longer in service and your website.
