Which part of the mode? The Last Tiger

Summarize your bug Not getting the last tiger skin when supposed to.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In my opinion it occured in second chapter of last tiger. Just after the AA-gun mission when u get back into the tank the game crashed.
What happens when the bug occurs? The last tiger missions letters wont register after you find them, thus meaning you wont get the tiger skin promised
What should be happening instead? You should get the skin after finding all 6 letters and completing the story and challenges.

I have complited every challenge and found every letter in the last tiger war story. But somehow the game says i have found only 3 and still in the same time it shows i have found them all. And now i wont get the tiger tank skin. And when i go and try to find them again, the letters aren't there anymore, thus making it impossible to get the tank skin.

Summarize your bug I have done the whole last tiger chapter all assignments and letters completed, but it won’t give me the last tiger tank skins I’ve done this twice with no repairing and still have not received my tank skin please help!

What should be happening instead? The tank skin should be unlocked

    Hey @B_Rawww5 

    Try this

    1. You would need to move the saved file from the Xbox to a USB stick,
    2. Clear local and cloud saves for BFV. (This wont remove multi player data)
    3. Start the game. You'll have to adjust contrast and play again the intro.
    4. Now, play the War Story and complete the bugged challenge. It will show correctly achieved.
    5. lose the game, and restore the game save files from the USB to the console.
    6. Start the game, and you'll have your reward at the armoury.

    @B_Rawww5 I think this is happening when you die or quit before you get to a checkpoint. The game is saving when you took a letter but when you quit before a checkpoint it didn't save the challenges or something like that.
    It happened with the Tiger skin and the Cricket bat a couple of times to me. ea.healp support unlocked the rewards for me. Just make a couple of screenshots to prove it. On one screen the challenge is completed but you don't get the progress on the other screen. It's always like that.

    Moskolonel posted the link to ea.healp.com and his solution is correct the problem with xbox is that you need a 250GB USB stick or hard drive and format it for xbox.
