Any reason the "request live chat" button on the EA help site isnt clickable?

    @ShadowBlade919 

    Could be that you tried to chat outside of their work hours or maybe it was your browser and/or adblockers that were hindering you. I used to have trouble when using Chrome but switching to Internet Explorer worked well
