Summarize your bug Like many people here, I cannot unlock a reward from the single player war story “The Last Tiger”.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the war story and try to get the reward normally.
What happens when the bug occurs? I do not get “The Last Tiger” tank.
What should be happening instead? I receive the tank skin
Hello. Like many other people, I have been having trouble getting the reward for “The Last Tiger.” The letter glitch is occurring where it says that I did not unlock the letters yet even though I collected them. I have tried to delete my cloud data but when I went to play the war story again, it did not restart the letter assignment and just kept saying that I did not unlock them yet even though it also says that I have collected it. I have tried to contact live support but I cannot find a way to reach them as whenever I try to do it on EA Help, it just tells me to go to the recommended support option which is here.
Have you tried clearing your cache and/or attempt to chat with EA Help using a different browser like Internet Explorer? Sometimes adblockers and certain browsers can cause problems
Clearing the cache does not work. Imma try a new browser to try to contact them.
