Have you tried clearing your cache and/or attempt to chat with EA Help using a different browser like Internet Explorer? Sometimes adblockers and certain browsers can cause problems

Clearing the cache does not work. Imma try a new browser to try to contact them.

    Hopefully our Live-Support team was able to grant you the rewards by now (they should be able to). This is a known issue and we apologize for any trouble you had to go out of your way to claim them.
