Ya , Finnish the war , also can't not get to read reward , say my account problem
I do have all weapons and skins unlocked in War Stories, but my issue has to do with not receiving the Distinguished Intelligence Service medal, even though I have all letters collected. I performed the workaround several times already (i.e. rename Settings folder, turn off cloud saving, redo campaigns, etc.; also deleting the Origin cache), but the medal doesn't seem to want to finish. I've already collected all letters, so looking for the missing letters is moot (I've checked and they're all gone since I've already picked them all up as each campaign shows). Finishing one of the campaign acts or the final act to complete one of the campaigns doesn't trigger the medal to unlock either. Unfortunately, EA Support is unable to unlock or issue medals to players, as they've said that they're either physically unable to or don't have access to that capability.
Anyone have a fix for this conundrum I've had for over a year now?
I know this is no consolation (sorry) but this is exactly the same problem I (STILL) have. Tried everything posted on forums, unfortunately nothing worked but appreciated everyone's suggestions to try. Contacted EA support, they said try forums! Tried EA support again after forums didn't work, they said nothing they can do. As someone else mentioned, bought game, not bugs. I realise every game can potentially have bugs, but surely there has to be the right support in order to fix reported bugs. So problem still there and to be honest it kind of puts me off playing the game.
