[INFO/Workaround Fix] War Story Rewards Not Granted

I have the same issue with the letter pickups. I believe it has to do with completing the mission once then going back in order to get 100% completion. The challenges updated for me, but it still says I have 3/6 letters.

Summarize your bug am trying to get the unique Tiger skin/paint job by completing all the challenges, which I believe I have. However, even though I know for a fact that I have completed it, the mission select screen, Tiger customization screen, says I have not done the "Destroy an enemy tank from a distance of 175m or more" challenge. The in-mission pause menu says it has been complete however. In addition to this, I am fairly certain I completed this challenge on my first play through. I'm sure saw the "Challenge Complete" notification pop up.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? During the act "The Tiger's Bite", the pause menu says the challenge is completed. However, all other menus and screens including the mission select screen, and the Tiger customization screen in My Company say it has not been completed.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am unable to unlock "The Last Tiger" unique skin/paint job for the Tiger I tank, because the game thinks the challenge has been completed while playing the mission. But outside of the mission, the challenge is not completed.
What should be happening instead? The challenge should be completed for all menus/screens and should be able to use "The Last Tiger" skin/paint job, or the challenge should not show to be completed and should be able to do the challenge.

I have this problem on Xbox one and i have done everything in the last tiger to get the skin, but it shows in the challenge letters 5/6 but in the same menu before playing even it says on the lower left that i have 6/6 letters and when ingame it says 6/6 everything is done and i have tried to do the workaround with USB stick and clearing saved files and cloud and tried offline and still nothing. What the hell is this?

When is DICE going to finally fix this bug? There has been a few updates in the past few months and still nothing...

Im on xbox and the repair challenge in the first chapter won’t unlock and neither will the reach the aa gun undetected in the second chapter.

Summarize your bug Although I have completed all the challenges multiple times there is one challenge (reach AA gun undetected) that shows completed once I complete it, but on main menu it says I haven’t completed it. Therefore cannot get the tank skin. I have experienced this with every chapter and have resolved it with the recommendations online. This last bug though is not working with the solution used previously.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play single player mode and experience multiple bugs when competeing challenges but it not registering completed.
What happens when the bug occurs? Reward is not available even though all challenges and letters were completed.
What should be happening instead? The game should register challenges complete in main menu and in chapter menu once completed.

I cannot submit more photos due to file size limitations. However, I have completed this challenge multiple times and tried the recommended solution each time to no avail. The recommended solution did work on previous chapter bugs regarding letters and challenges. The entire “Last Tiger Standing” chapter shows competed with a check mark in circle but it also shows only 8/9 challenges completed even though I have completed all of them multiple times especially the “reach AA gun undetected”.  Please help! This has been very frustrating from the beginning. Thank you. 

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate the timely response. I’ve tried your suggestion about four times now. I’ve read the thread online many times to make sure I’m doing it correctly. Except I save it online instead of USB but all other steps have been identical. Does that matter? I’ve had to watch the intro each time and play the entire first chapter just to get back to the AA gun challenge. And it still will not accept the challenge completed in the main menu. I will try with a USB one more time but ready to give it up.
