Do you have the game installed on an external hard drive? I'm not here to point fingers but pinpoint what could be causing this to help get you into the battlefield.
Are you able to log into your router's admin settings to see if there's a firmware update?
We've actually seen a lot of players find success getting around connection issues like this for BF and Apex when they change their DNS. Try setting the DNS manually on your console to the Google one (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4)
@EA_BlueberryThat thing , work well on bf5. Since you mentioned, bf5 runnings well for me , no lag , and Apex its Full of lag. Why? Why just Apex??? 😭. I stoped play coz of that. If i put 8884 and 8844 manually , can i play Apex well??? I love that game. But that lag bugs my brain lol

You should be able to access Apex too.
Flushing the DNS works well too, we have some steps below that are worth a look. We'll always make sure the team is aware of connectivity issues when we see significant trends, but we also want to make sure it's not a simple local network issue that can be fixed through basic troubleshooting first.
