Hey @LittleUmtebwe
Was any reason give to you why your cases were closed or was it rather abrupt?
Unfortunately, all I can really do here is provide a few links and recommend you try (yet) another agent.
The required webform can be found here - https://help.ea.com/account-recovery/web-form.
Is this a case of you forgetting the password or was the account deactivated by chance? I remember having an account deactivated for a few years before I "created a brand new account" using my old address but new password and bam, I had access to all my old emails and password recoveries (major security flaw but it might work).

No, they just said there was not enough information to verify me as the account holder.
In the case I attached my ID (driving license) all of my recent purchase information, including dates times and amounts, pictures of me logged into my Xbox account, my game library, my bfv achievements and some of my main bfv game stats including play time, KD ratio etc. I also included my product ID codes from the game files on my Xbox.
I don't understand what else I need to give them.
I am basically in a situation where I have to start a new Gamertag if I want to play EA games online.
It is a case of that I have forgotten my password.

Yeah, that sounds like it should be more than enough info for a simple EA account issue but I guess I can understand if it's the email password itself that is the problem - With your Email provider, did you try the automated account recovery system or were you able to talk to one of their agents?

I have just had another form declined despite providing all of the above information plus my entire EA purchase history over the last 6 years with times, product purchased (not EA access downloads) and price paid.
In terms of my email account, I definatley have it right, I have attempted to recover it with Microsoft and I spoke to someone and filled in a form but never heard back from anyone.
I think the email account has been hacked because there was a password change just over two weeks ago.
I have emailed the EA CEO regarding this experience as it seems scandalous that I am being taken for a ride despite providing my proof of identity and my entire purchase history.
