Is BF5/BF1 getting a working Anti-Cheat or what?
Alright, jokes over, enough clowning around.
After convincing a few friends to try out this game tonight with me after myself dumping hundreds of hours into it, the first 3 (and only 3) servers we joined each had a blatant rage hacker in them. You can check my BFTracker profile if you'd like, you can see 3 players with ridiculous KDRs of up to 70+ and 1. Constantly getting tapped through walls in the head from their spawn, the whole team cowered in fear only to get struck down by thin air. No hiding it, just straight up blatant kill feed nonsense. Really? I get people to try this game out and it's still overloaded with this nonsense?
No, screw reporting people, what good does that do when the games go on sale for dirt cheap and there is a bunch of keys flying around the internet for chumpchange? What needs to be done is an anti-cheat that actually works. DICE, you stated that BF2042 has a kernel level anti-cheat, so why not in these games? I've reported tons of people over the years, and checking old games on BFTracker I still see they are still "playing" this game with hilarious 10 KDRs. I've played against decent players, I know what to expect especially when people call "hacker" in chat, but this is next level. It's almost Counter-Strike 1.6 spin-bot crap we had in the early 2000s, but there's no admins to stop it.
It's really sad that I can't even play this anymore because it's literally unplayable with these toddlers flicking their downloaded scriptkiddie garbage.
Did you forget that the most important thing about a game is being able to play it? No amount of sound, visuals or features matter when people are staring at the damn respawn screen the whole game. Figure it out. If the thread gets locked and I'm told to report them, I'm just going to laugh. Seriously, I get that you are doing damage control as a moderator, but you really got to admit you must be tired of seeing these threads pop up. Can you at least let me or us know if something will be done for these older games? If not I think I'm just flat out done with the series.
Give a response, I just want to actually have fun playing... no, I just want to PLAY Battlefield again.
