Only workaround at this point available:
Go play practice mode
- Choose Practice vs other players
- Keep playing until rank level up (weapon rank or class rank)
- 1 rank needed, after this weapons unlocked.

And yes this is annoying just like the can't fetch report.. So I also want to highlight this post on reddit.. https://new.reddit.com/r/BattlefieldV/comments/e9oxzo/community_broadcast_improving_update_52/ They are working on a perm fix.

    @flyinghorse101 Wow! No idea how did you get to this but it works ! Thnx ! Got to support 16lvl and all previous items got unlocked.

    I did this and I ranked up (Total Game Progression) and it didn't unlock the guns and classes that should have been unlocked. 

    Do you mean Rank Up (Assault, Medic, Support, Scout Levels)? I'll give it try and see if it does anything to unlock the missing guns and Classes that should have been available to me.

      @BlueNinja2393 Weapon rank levels. So you rank op a gun again then it unlocks. Classes level should also work indeed.

        Ranked-up the Type 99 Arisaka in Practice Vs Players mode. Still cannot unlock the spawn beacon which is lvl 6  and I am lvl 8 recon

    @flyinghorse101 This workaround never worked for me. I did the practice rounds for three levels and never got one of my unlocks.

      @WDProtection Got it confirmed today with another player and last night tried myself and should still work.
      You are not leaving the game in between? Stay there till you level up?

        @flyinghorse101 Do you mean like once you ranked up and the game finishes. DONT QUIT and then start the next Match?
