Ive completed the proficiency 2 challenge for the stg44 but no reward

Can someone help, I've completed the stg44 proficiency 2 challenge for the mint reciever but never got it, it's still on my assignment list even tho completed, and is not coming up in the armory

@egomaniac9555 Hi, unfortunately this is something to contact EA support for. (If it not returns after relogin of the game)
You can contact http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ and have a chat session here. Please refer to this forum as well. It is a known problem so they should be able to have a look ;-)

    Right I even re installed the game. Ridiculous

      @egomaniac9555 For this you need to reach out to EA support there is no work around or troubleshooting you can do to solve it.
