Just bought deluxe edition on PS4. Downloaded the "open beta," can't connect

When I purchased the deluxe edition it directed me to the early enlister add-on, then directed me to download the open beta client.  When I tried to play, it just says "you have lost connection to the EA servers" and won't let me connect.  I can't download the regular Battlefield V client even though it says I have purchased it.  I can't access anything in the store because it says I have already purchased it.  If I hit square to go online in the beta screen, it just says "connecting" for a second, then nothing happens.

What gives?

Somehow resolved: it wouldn't let me download the real BFV client for 30 minutes. I reinstalled the "add-ons" listed under the beta tab and a few minutes later it finally let me download the real application. Beats me, honestly.

  • Beta was launched for testing only, u can uninstall and hide it in your library. search for actual BFV in your library and install/play it. if u having trouble finding go to settings -> storage -> applications and there find BFV installed with arounf 40 gb, otherwise look it in your library folder, sometimes purchased games are very hard to find on PS
