    This should be fixed now in the latest update.

    Players should no longer get the message "The class you have selected is violating the server
    rules" when selecting a new weapon that was unlocked in the previous round.

    I see some reports this is still happening since the update. If this is happening to you please let us know which specific weapons are causing this.

Summarize your bug After unlocking a mew gun and STAYING in the SAME server the new gun violates server rules on OFFICIAL normal servers. this only lasts for one round. this happened for Turner SMLE as well as my friends M1A1 carbine who was in the same server this also happens randomly sometimes for no reason mid round
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? unlock new gun stay in server may violate server rules on that next game
What happens when the bug occurs? cant use that weapon
What should be happening instead? i should be able to use the weapon

Hey @SublethalDrop88 @Namey5 @iluminatethesky @Merken762 I merged your posts into this one since it's all related.

We've seen these pop up and notified the Battlefield team about it. This seems to happen when you try to deploy with a weapon you unlocked in a previous round. Backing out to the main menu and rejoining a server should fix that. I know that doesn't sound like fun to me either so we'll try to get this addressed as soon as possible. Thank you so much for raising this to our attention and if any workarounds are discovered we would greatly appreciate them here.
