Same issue.

Happen anywhere in the map, vehicule, infantry, alive, while being rescued by a squad member too

Yes , and looks a 100% each game, all is it very shortly and does not annoy me. Actions seems not to matter.

    @flyinghorse101 My crosshair is a red color and when the red "m" appears, it looks like an enemy 3D spotting symbol pops up. So I can see how it can get annoying to others, and to me.
