Linking Xbox account

Hello, I'm trying to link my Xbox Live account after noticing it was linked to an old account i can't access any longer. But i get a message telling me that a Xbox Account can only be registered once...

When I was filling out the survey I selected playstation as the platform I would be on and it asked me what my psn name is I would use for the test, did you not get any of that?

    Since i unlinked my old Xbox live account i haven't been able to play Battlefield 4,1 or 5 since i can't relink my account
