Lion Head Sword Siegfried Albrecht

I bought the elite soldier Albracht Siegfried a few days ago. Since this set also included a sword, I did these tasks to get the sword.

However, when I wanted to collect my reward, I didn't get the sword. My profile says that I'm sitting on it, but I can't equip it. I hope you could help me to get the reward.
