Loss of in game purchases and progress

I have lost hours and lots of money worth of in game products. When I got my new console and logged into my account some purchases transferred but the majority did not. I’m frustrated and confused as to why my purchases and progress did not transfer. What can I do to fix this?

    Hi @FennRua What are you missing and have you contacted EA Help yet?

    Also, just to check, are you using the same account on the new console?

    I am missing soldier and weapon cosmetics. Such as weapon skins and soldier skins. Also missing camouflages for my aircraft and armor vehicle's. I have contacted EA help and they said to post this problem here. I did use the same account for my new console.
