Lost Connection to the EA servers Xbox 1X
Downloaded the delux edition Battlefield V yesterday and have been unable to play online. Checked the suggested troubleshooting site (ea.com/unable-to-connect) and find no solutions.1. Says check connection status - online and every other game functions perfectly. 2. Says verify I'm not banned - I'm not. 3. Says check server status- servers are online. I also have seen strange error messages (JL bundle not found checking for previous version) and (user interface update required to play online) but will not permit me to click OK to download only CANCEL. Anyone else having these issues? SOMEONE HELP!

We do have some specific ports for Battlefield V. If you know how to login to your router's admin settings (login info is usually on the backside of the router) we have the port numbers/ranges listed in our help article below.
