Lunge mine won't unlock

Good evening, I've been having a problem with unlocking the lunge mine on PC. I missed the Tides of War unlock but now when I try to unlock it with Company Coins it won't allow me to. When I click unlock it asks me to confirm that I want to spend the coins, puts a cross up for a few seconds then returns to the original screen offering to spend CC to unlock. I've got plenty of coins for it so I'm not sure what the problem is. Tech support said to report it as a bug but the only option available to me when I try and report a bug is to go to the forums so here I am!

If you can help I'd be very grateful. Thanks 🙂

    Use the lunge mine on the sides and only the rear of the vehicle if it has critical damage otherwise they will run you over 😂

    That was it! Thank you! I now have a mountain of unlocks and have doubled the amount of CC I have 

    It seems bonkers that I have to claim it having got it!

    sorry i want to cover battlefield 5 now, but can i unlock things from winds of war by buying them with money?
