M1907 SF Mastery II Gives Duplicate Gold Plated Iron Sights and 25CC

Summarize your bug I received a duplicate gold plated iron sight for the Assault class weapon M1907 SF when completing the "M1907 SF Mastery II" Assignment. I already received a gold plated iron sight for the "Mastery I" assignment. When I received the duplicate, the game recognized it as a duplicate, and gave me 25 company coins for it.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By simply completing the special assignment, and collecting the rewards
What happens when the bug occurs? I received a duplicate gold plated iron sight that was already awarded for completion of the Mastery I assignment as a reward for completing the subsequent Mastery II assignment when progressing the M1907 SF rifle.
What should be happening instead? I should have either received a gold plated muzzle or a gold plated iron sight for Mastery I and Mastery II, respectively. I don't know which order they are meant to be in, though the muzzle was the first unlock for the "Proficiency" assignments on this gun, I believe.
This is the second substantial issue that I have had with regard to weapon mastery unlocks working properly. I really hope that these will be resolved by a patch to ensure that progress is not permanently blocked, resulting in weapon pieces that cannot be completed or unlocked due to the nature of these bugs. Currently, it appears that I will be unable to unlock the Gold Plated Muzzle for the M1907 SF. I will report back to this thread once I finish the Special Assignment chain. It is still possible there will be an additional Special Assignment (for a total of 7), instead of the 6 that would be normally required to unlock all 6 Gold Plated pieces for the gun.
My previous one, which is still unresolved, resulted in not receiving the Mastery VII Special Assignment for the ZH-29 upon my completion of the Mastery VI Special Assignment, or upon later completion of the Proficiency VII Special Assignment, which I believed may have been blocking the progress when I initially finished the Mastery VI for the ZH-29. This means that I cannot unlock the Gold Plated Stock for the gun.
EA and DICE really need to make sure that they release a patch to resolve progress issues. This is unacceptable.
