Mass BAN BFV
Dear EA Support Team,
I am writing this message in absolute frustration and disbelief.
Today, January 10, after the latest Battlefield V client update, my account was suddenly and permanently banned for alleged cheating. Let me be very clear: I have never used cheats, hacks, or any third-party software. I have invested countless hours into this game, played honestly, and respected the rules at all times.
This ban happened immediately after your recent update — and now suddenly hundreds of legitimate players are being labeled as cheaters? That does not look like fair anti-cheat enforcement. That looks like a broken detection system punishing innocent players for your technical mistakes.
It is unacceptable that loyal customers are being treated this way without proper investigation, transparency, or proof. An automated system is not infallible, and blindly trusting it while ignoring player appeals is deeply disrespectful to your community.
I demand:
A manual review of my case
A clear explanation of what exactly triggered this ban
Immediate action to fix false positives caused by the latest update
If this issue is not addressed properly, you are effectively telling honest players that their time, money, and trust mean nothing to you.
I expect a serious response — not a generic automated reply.
