Match loading problems and other issues/glitches in BFV

Ever since this latest patch (Defying the odds chapter) I have been:

1. Having problems when loading into a game of conquest because it freezes and boots me to home screen (xbox one) , only fix that works is if I either play another game mode then quit and then play conquest or if I am invited to a game by someone.

2. Every time I get a kill with a tank as either driver or gunner my game stutters and pauses for a second only fix I know is switching shells as driver

3. Enemies having invisible torsos and legs with floating helmets and only guns and feet visible, no known fix.

4.Some bullets are not registering and doing damage. Using sidearm works

5. Sometimes when loading into aircraft at start of round my sound cuts out but I can hear certain things such as flaps, repairing sounds, resupply sounds and overheating sounds, no known fix except to kamikaze something or someone. 

6. soldiers appear to have glitched pouch on chest that is textureless pink, r/MildlyInfuriating
