Summarize your bug If you're inside of a building and you place ammo or med crates down, then they will either fall entirely through the building's floor, or they will go most of the way through. It may happen on other locations or platforms, but the outside seems to work fine. I'd still try and test other areas and platforms to see where the crates are falling through.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? As a support or medic, drop an ammo/med crate inside of a building. For instance, drop a med crate in a house.
What happens when the bug occurs? The crate will either fall completely or mostly into the fall (through the map).
What should be happening instead? It should not fall and be on top of the floor.
