Med/Ammo Crates Keep Falling Through Building Floors

I've just tested this with the latest patch that arrived today on PS4. Whilst there does seem to be some improvement and I could place several ammo/health boxes in various places without them partially/fully sinking into the floor, I did have a couple of instances where I still saw partial sinking and complete sinking, the latter in the upper floor of a building at A on Twisted Steel. Oddly enough I later went back to the same building and placed another crate and it didn't sink at all.
