This is an issue on the PC platform also. Occurs in multi floor buildings, such as the towers in Hamada, and on the bridge planks in Twisted Steel.

after I posted this I had the same issue on Twisted Steel. Any boxes dropped when thru the floors and I'm assuming the map also. Couldn't find them anywhere

    For me also. Still going through floors (top area of guard towers on 1st flag of Rotterdam for example)
