    I have the exact same problem on . I'm plying on Xbox one and I've reached rank 20 with assault, medic, and support but the class mastery assignments are not available. I came here looking for answers and saw this so I followed the advice and went to the EA support website and opened a case explaining this. I was given a case number 92555390. Three hours later I got an email back saying to report it as a bug on this forum.

      Hey @JackMwang Try with this, a problem may be fixed

      Xbox Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One

      1. Press and hold the Power button on the front of the console until it turns off.
      2. Unplug the power cable..
      3. Press the Power button on the front of your console three or four times. This drains any remaining power from the battery. 
      4. Plug the power cable back into the Xbox.

      Once you turn your Xbox back on, the cache will be cleared and you’ll be good to go.

      I'm sorry to hear about that happening. It sounds like you were directed here by mistake. I'll pass along some feedback to see if we can help stop that from happening again. 

      I can only recommend following up with EA Help so they can take another look and see if they can help you with the missing rank assignments.

        I have the same problem, my assault, medic, and recon are all level 20 but no master assignments for any of those classes…..I have a 100 hours in the game so “waiting around” isn’t going to fix anything.
