Medic Proficiency Assignments not showing up

I'm medic rank 11 and I've just unlocked Medic Proficiency 1 but when I click on it to take me to the assignments tab nothing shows up nothing online seems to give a straight answer about this probl...

    There is a bug with all classes assignments, get in touch with EA  advisers via live chat and they will reset it for you. Had to do twice so far and it looks like I will have to do  it third time. Half a way through doing Support Mastery III lost it again.
