Medical Pouch Bug - No healing even after animation activated.

Summarize your bug Pressing the medic pouch key to heal myself. Medical pouch animation is activated but healing does not take place.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Pressing the "Heal Yourself" button
What happens when the bug occurs? Character shows medical pouch but no healing takes place no matter how many times I pressed the button.
What should be happening instead? Healing should take place after the animation is activated.

If encounterd the same bug as you yesterday. But i think this is happening : you press the heal yourself button and it actually heals you. But the game still shows your healt like it was. So if i had 45 healt and i press heal yourself it actually heals you but the game still shows 45 healt instead of 100 healt. 

How i think i know this is because after this bug happend to me i got shot 2 times . My healt went from 45 to 43 . So i think i had 100 healt but this bug still shows my olf healt.

Thanks for the reply. I don't think any healing happens because if I am at full health or am getting healed, the animation would not be activated. In this clip, the animation kept playing every time I pressed the button to heal myself. Also, I'd have to get myself killed (I get OHK because of my low health) and then the next time I get revived/spawn in, then the medical pouch works.
