Sad to say this isn't Battlefield V. The whole issue is with Windows 10 and not releasing standby memory and has been for the past few years with no acknowledgement or fix in sight by Microsoft.
the only fix that people have found is scheduling one of the many dump standby memory programs to work in the background every five to ten mins. I've had this issue with Battlefield 1 and other games before I discovered why.
