menu overlay locks screen when starting new match while in the menu

Summarize your bug https://i.imgur.com/zNWEhes.png when starting any new match while in a menu, armory, customization or assignments, the menu locks out and this screen happens; you can chat, but not close it in any way, requires a hard restart of the game. Several of my freinds have gotten it, even the screenshot here has somone in our game who got it
