MG 42 is locked and shouldn’t be

Summarize your bug Mg 42 is still locked after I reached support rank 20.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Looked online and many people have run into this issue and said they reported it on this website and the bug was corrected so sounds like it’s been dealt with before.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can not use the MG 42.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to use the MG 42.
Reached support rank 20 and the MG 42 is still locked. Please help.
