Minimap Zoom Level Resets After Every Respawn

Summarize your bug The mimimap zoom level is not saved during a round. Every time a player spawns in, the minimap zoom level is reset to the default.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? spawn into the game, change your minimap zoom level, die, notice that your minimap zoom level is reset back to the default zoom level
What happens when the bug occurs? the minimap is reset to the default zoom level. the player has to change it to his/her preference every time they spawn in to the game.
What should be happening instead? the game should remember the last minimap zoom level used and set that as the default for each spawn during a round
This is a really annoying bug because every time a player spawns in, he/she has to change the minimap zoom level if they prefer a level other than the default at the start of a round. In prior games like BF1 and older, the minimap zoom level would be saved and retained each time a player spawned into the game during a single round.
