@Rapt0r_VN Email appears to be the contact method set for that support option. You could try messaging on Twitter (@eahelp), but they will probably direct you back to email.
ETA: Since the cases you've raised previously have been marked as "Fixed", double check that the missing assessment isn't just waiting to be claimed in The Armory.

I have the same problem and i have contacted them at EaHelp and Twitter but no one is answering me anything. First case i opened was 6 months ago .. It stands there for a while and no one answers my mail and it just gets closed. No one responses in twitter also.
