Missing Class Mastery Assignments

I reach level 20 with 3 of the 4 classes and the special mastery assignments are missing. Reading another posts I came to the conclussion there is a bug on the definitive edition, where you start with all weapons unlocked but the special assignments never unlock, The only way to get them is unlocked manually by some of the technical support...

    Yes, I tried and it was resolved, my only doubt if I reach level 20 with the scout class, I would have to do the same thing again...

    Right now I'm unable to get in contact with ea help, would you mind if I asked what they told you to do in order to resolve the issue? I'm having the exact same one

    At ea help I entered the the game, console type and report bug on the last two and I had no recommended support option (or maybe where were speaking is the recommended support option looking back now) I looked around here but I didn't see exactly how he resolved his issue

    I had this problem too just recently. I contacted DICE and EA and they worked on my face for a few days and I got a reply saying it was now fixed. I logged back in and they’re all still missing. I followed their troubleshooting steps and it still didn’t work. Anyone got any advice on what to do?

    @Yukon_Brawler You'd need to contact EA Help for assistance with this if the self-help steps haven't worked. If you go to help.ea.com, you should be able to open a case or start a live chat (if you're not given the contact options on their site, try using it while not signed in to your account).
