@Elite956 If the assignments aren't claimable from the Armory still, you'll probably need to re-open that case.

I don't want to be the bringer of bad news, but the truth is that he probably won't ever receive the missing stuff, everything here is like a fassade. I haven't received any help for nearly a year. Unfortunately Elite956 has been lied to, just like it occured in my case. It seems like unless a general fix gets published nothing will change for better, the stuff on "EA help" however harsh it sounds seems less knowledgeable about this issue than I am.

@Pulsartron It's well known that EA Help are unable to grant the CC which is erroneously not provided with the Definitive Edition, as they apparently cannot "see" it on user accounts. However, they can and do provide missing class assignments when this is reported to them.

As mentioned, I'd suggest you try and contact EA Help again since unfortunately this is not something we can check from AHQ.
