Missing Company Coins from leveling up

I just got Battlefield 5 Definitive Edition because of a Steam sale but after level 4 I stopped getting company coins from each level, I'm level 11 now and the lack of company coins that I should've ...

@ItsJuicyJoelFor what it is worth, I do remember the Company Coin system being buggy as all hell.
