Missing demolisher torso on female character

Summarize your bug Bought the premium starter pack, and received all of my items except that I cannot wear the demolisher torso on a female character.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try it I guess, it just doesn't even show up in my inventory
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't see let alone equip it
What should be happening instead? I should be able to equip it
I purchased the Premium Starter Pack, and received all of the items no problem on my male characters. But when trying to equip it on a female character, it does not even appear on the inventory screen. I called and was told that it is a bug, but is there anything I can do to fix it until a patch comes out?
