Summarize your bug I am at level 5 support, but unable to unlock the level 1 support gun. It remain locked. I have followed previously mentioned advice to complete games when moving to the next level. Have also cleared local game data.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look up my profile "Crusader 00001". You will see the weapon still locked, even though I am level 5.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am stuck using the KE7 forever until I get tired of playing BFV
What should be happening instead? Please fix my account! Just unlock the weapon please!
I just want the MG34 unlocked. I already tried the chat helpdesk - first, they said the MG34 is a level 10 gun? After I challenged them, they said it could not be unlocked. VERY FRUSTRATING! Simple guys, if you don't want to unlock it, I'm moving on - curious about the new COD MW anyway.
