Summarize your bug Ranked up a few days ago in several classes, nothing unlocks. Played through more matches to the end, ranked up and finished the whole match several times on all classes that this was occurring on, tried deleting save files, uninstalling/reinstalling. No luck. No new guns/equipment.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In numerous bug reports from other players.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't unlock weapons/equipment.

Attempted to contact support, they told me to just wait for a fix. Referenced forum posts by EA_Atic that said go through support chat and they said there was nothing they could do. Frustrating, I just wish BF games could go back to that BF3/BF4 era where stupid things like this were never an issue in the first place. This bug has been on and off for a year now...
