For any missing guns please reach out to EA support, we have worked with EA support and they should be able to help you out with any missing guns, assignments and combat roles.
Ranking up your class in the game should help you out on any missing guns but if that doesn't work contact EA support! 🙂
I just contacted EA support and they basically told me to sit, wait and check twitter for updates regarding the matter. How is it even possible that one of the major game machanics is not working for days since the update?!!
Add another +1 to this bug. Not getting any of my unlocks. Between not getting unlocks and the after game reports I have to say this game is officially worse that Star Wars Battlefront 2...

How often does the bug occur?Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?I level up any low rank(1 to 4) gun in Combined arms or multiple player. No shipment arrives to unlock. Your Company shows a white dot highlight something new but the skin remains locked. The has now occurred with the Christmas Baseball bat. I have unlocked in game but has not appeared in the Shipment. What happens when the bug occurs?I get nothing. What should be happening instead?I should get the skin in the Shipment of Armory, I unlock there and it should go into Your Company for me to equip.
As you can see here the level 1 skin is still locked.
Here it shows that the weapons has achieved level 1 unlock as it has level 1 specialization.
