I fully understand your issue, unfortunately nobody on the forums can assist you or help you out in resolving the issue. The only way that you will be able to fix this is by contacting EA support and explaining the situation in detail. Don't let the EA agents close your case before they resolve your issue, check your game after they say they have fixed it.
