Summarize your bug simply MONITOR FRAME RATE LIMITER is not working fine by changing it to 200 it work fine ,i have 144 FPS (165 OC) asus 2K monitor .
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? FPS drop to lower value in same graphic settings (60 -80)
What should be happening instead? better FPS 10-130
